This time, the company secured seven prestigious awards at the Regional Winners Asia and Country Winners levels. In the Regional Winners Asia category, Sinar Mas Land received awards for Best Mega Township Development for the BSD City township, Best Smart Building Development for Knowledge Hub at Digital Hub BSD City, Best Wellness Residential Development for The Zora in BSD City, and Best Breakthrough Developer for PT Sinar Mitbana Mas. Meanwhile, in the Country Winners category, the company was recognized as the Best Developer for Sinar Mas Land, Best Housing Development for Layton at NavaPark, and Best Lifestyle Developer for BSD Diamond Development.

The list of award finalists was judged transparently and credibly by independent industry expert panels and trusted property industry supervisors as the jury team from various Asian countries, considering the aspects of innovation, aesthetics, and benefits provided by the developers. Sinar Mas Land's diverse awards were evaluated based on the company's performance, demonstrating this year's best and most progressive performance.
On the evening of the awards ceremony, the BSD City area through PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk was selected as the Best Mega Township Development (Asia) based on the aspect of developing a township spanning over 6,000 hectares complete with various residential, commercial, retail, business, educational, and health facilities supported by full public facilities and transportation modes.
In addition, the Knowledge Hub at Digital Hub BSD City project, which has now been rebranded as the Biomedical Campus, proudly won the Best Smart Building Development (Asia) award based on innovative office building development utilizing the latest technology. The Knowledge Hub building, also known as the Biomedical Campus, is one of the projects on the agenda for transforming BSD City into a smart, integrated digital city.
Still, within the BSD City township, The Zora project in BSD City successfully achieved international acclaim in the Best Wellness Residential Development (Asia) category based on providing comprehensive facilities that cater to the health and well-being of its residents. Another achievement was demonstrated by PT Sinar Mitbana Mas, a joint venture project between Sinar Mas Land, Mitsubishi Corporation, and Surbana Jurong, in the Best Breakthrough Developer (Asia) category for launching its first project in 2022, the Hiera area, and successfully marketing its first cluster called Welton. Furthermore, in the Developer Awards category, Sinar Mas Land proudly received the highest award as the Best Developer in Indonesia for its excellence in completing various residential, commercial, retail, business, and office development projects in Indonesia. Completing Sinar Mas Land's success at the 2023 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, BSD Diamond Development, a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land and Mitsubishi Corporation, also received an award in the Best Lifestyle Developer category through The Zora project in BSD City. The company was awarded for completing various property development projects that accommodate consumers' diverse lifestyle needs for residential and supporting facilities.
