BSD City, September 22, 2023 - Sinar Mas Land once again successfully garnered various prestigious awards through its several projects at the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2023 held on Friday (9/15) at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Hotel, South Jakarta. This outstanding achievement reaffirms the company's commitment to its excellence in property development in Indonesia.

PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards; An Introduction
The PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards is one of the prestigious awards ceremonies in the real estate industry held annually by PropertyGuru in collaboration with KOHLER since 2015. The list of award candidates is evaluated by credible judges, considering aspects of innovation, aesthetics, and benefits provided by the developers. The independent judging panel is led by Vivin Harsanto. It consists of experts from various fields, ranging from real estate consultancy to design. Notable figures among them include Doddy A. Tjahyadi, Hendra Hartono, Cornel B. Julianto, M. Archica Danisworo, Bagus Adikusumo, Dijanadi Gunawan, Lina Gan, and Alex Bayusaputro.

In this awards event, Sinar Mas Land achieved the highest honors in three competing categories. In the Developer Awards category, Sinar Mas Land was awarded as the Best Developer for its excellence in completing various residential, commercial, retail, business, and office development projects in Indonesia. Previously, Sinar Mas Land also received the Best Developer award in the same category at the same event in 2021.
Furthermore, PT BSD Diamond Development, a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land and Mitsubishi Corporation, also won an award in the Best Lifestyle Developer category through The Zora project in BSD City. The company earned this award for completing various property development projects that accommodate various consumer lifestyle needs, both for residential and supporting facilities.
Not only that, Sinar Mitbana Mas, a joint venture project between Sinar Mas Land, Mitsubishi Corporation, and Surbana Jurong, also succeeded in achieving accolades in the Best Breakthrough Developer category for launching its first project in 2022, the Hiera district, and successfully marketing its inaugural cluster named Welton. Currently, the consortium also has one new project planned for launch in 2024.
In the Special Recognition Awards category, Sinar Mas Land also won an award in the Special Recognition in ESG category based on environmental features, systems and technology, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, and corporate governance.
An Award For PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk
In the Development Awards category, Sinar Mas Land, through several of its projects, also received various awards. The BSD City area through PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk was selected as the Best Mega Township Development based on aspects of township development over 5,000 hectares, equipped with various residential, commercial, retail, business, education, and health facilities supported by complete public facilities and transportation modes. Then, the Best Housing Development (Indonesia) category was achieved by the high-end cluster in BSD City, Layton at NavaPark, after surpassing various residential projects from all categories and regions in Indonesia. Initially, Layton also successfully won the award for the Best Luxury Housing Development (Greater Jakarta) category. NavaPark is a joint venture project between Sinar Mas Land and Hongkong Land, known as the most premium and elite residential area in BSD City and its surroundings.
Furthermore, other achievements were also evidenced by the award for Best Wellness Residential Development achieved by The Zora project based on the completeness of facilities that can serve the health and well-being of its residents. On the other hand, the Knowledge Hub at Digital Hub project also successfully won the Best Smart Building Development category based on the aspect of innovative office building development utilizing the latest technology. The Knowledge Hub at Digital Hub is one of the projects on the agenda to transform BSD City into a smart integrated digital city.
Still in the BSD City township area, the Hiera project also successfully won the Best Township Master Plan Design category based on the aspect of dynamic long-term planning that provides a conceptual layout for future development including land, housing units, retail, as well as education and health facilities. Completing Sinar Mas Land's achievements at the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2023, the EONNA project successfully won the Highly Commended High-End Housing Development (Greater Jakarta) category based on the aspect of developing a premium residential area that comes as the first Korean-themed residence in BSD City, with an appealing concept and various excellent facilities inside.
Out of the 11 award categories won by Sinar Mas Land in the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2023, several categories were selected to represent Indonesia in the Best of Asia awards at the 18th edition of the Asia Property Awards organized by PropertyGuru. This award ceremony is the culmination of competition and celebration of brilliant ideas from leading developers, which will take place on December 8, 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand.
